Windjammer

Windjammer (working title was Cinemiracle Adventure) was the first and only movie filmed and projected in the Cinemiracle process. It had it's world premiere at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre on April 8, 1958.  Later it was also projected at Cinerama theatres and promoted as being "in CINERAMA".  For more information, click on 1958 below and review the months that year and into 1960 to see how well it did at the boxoffice and various articles.

In November 1957, the Melrose Hollywood Theatre did a press showing of Cinemiracle Adventure. The movie program (courtesy of Mark Lensemayer) and napkin below might have been given to the press.
